Please note this is a Temporary contract until end of August 2022 that could be extended.

Key responsibilities & tasks

* Focus on accounts payable

* Processing supplier invoices

* Ensuring invoices are approved and paid within the required timescales and payments terms.

* Process staff expenses & mileage claims

* Maintain accurate supplier records

* Answer queries to internal customers regarding the finance system

* Previous experience on Sage would be desirable

Personal Profile:

* Be an enthusiastic and motivated person with a strong interest in Accounting & Finance

* Have excellent numerical skills and a high attention to detail

* Be a positive person with a can-do attitude

* Be a strong team player

* Sage experience

* Be able to prioritise tasks and consistently meet deadlines

* Have good organisational and time management skills – to meet deadlines

* Be self-motivated to work effectively from home
