Elite Search Associates are working with a reputable and well-established firm of solicitors, who have a strong presence throughout Yorkshire.
Our client is looking to appoint an administrative assistant to join their busy Bingley office.
Job Description
* Reception duties
* Dealing with a high volume of telephone calls (inward and outward)
* Administrative and secretarial support
* Producing documents from the Case Management System
* Keeping clients and other parties updated with progress of matters
* Scanning, copying and filing documents
* Assisting lawyers with matters at all stages of the transaction, from file opening to archiving in accordance with office and accounts procedures
* You will be working mainly in the property department
Experience Required
* Professional and friendly client care
* Good spoken English to deal with clients and other parties face to face and by telephone
* Excellent telephone manner
* Good written English / communication to produce clear and accurate letters and legal documents
* Confident IT skills
* Ability to learn quickly
* Ability to work accurately in accordance with procedures and processes
* Ability to organise and prioritise work, under supervision, to meet clients’ expectations and matter deadlines
* Ability to work under pressure
* Ability to work on own initiative as appropriate and also as a member of a team

Remuneration & Working hours
* This is a full time, permanent position
* Monday to Friday 09.00am-5.00pm
* Salary will be competitive and will be dependant upon your experience
