We are helping a company source a committed individual to work in their team as an Office Administrator. This is a part-time position working ideally 20-25 hours per week.
Based in Glasgow this a temporary role to begin with but could be permanent for the right person. The salary is between £20-22k pro rata, dependant on experience.
Office Administrator responsibilities include:
General management of office
Organising meetings and managing meeting room requests
Responding to and management of tenants requirements
Directing tenant queries/ requests to members of the property team
Ordering materials as required by the property team to support their works
Maintaining and reporting on action lists
Producing and managing an individual work list
Issuing progress reports on these work list
Taking and issuing of meeting minutes
Distributing mail
Greeting visitors and directing to the correct office To apply for this Office Administrator position, you will require:

Proficient in MS applications particularly MS Office and Excel
Excellent communication skills with a polite telephone manner
Ability to build relationships
