Projects: Heritage, Education, Hotel, Leisure, Industrial, Mixed use, Commercial, Residential and Retail

Company Headcount: (Apply online only)

Role of the Associate Cost Manager:

Preparing budget estimates/cost plans
Preparing bills of quantities
Preparing tender documents
Tender evaluation and report
Interim valuations
Cost reports and final accounts including the evaluation of Contractor's claims
Effective variation control
Reporting direct to clients including presentations

Requirements of the Associate Cost Manager:

MRICS or equivalent level qualification
Good IT literacy, particularly in respect of preparing spreadsheets
Ability to communicate effectively at a high technical level with clients, members of the design team, other professionals in the industry, and contractors in all written communication
