Flutter is currently undergoing an exciting HR transformation, establishing a cross-divisional Global HR Operations function underpinned by Workday as the global people technology platform. This People Centre of Excellence will deliver agile, scalable HR services and a high quality experience to Flutter's brands and divisions. This includes a new Specialist Services support function partnering with specialist HR teams to drive and support in areas including, reward; talent, engagement, and learning; audit, policy, and compliance. As our HR Audit and Compliance Specialist you will be responsible for supporting the Policy, Audit and Compliance Manager in acting as a single point of contact for all HR audits and compliance activities from across Flutter's Group, UK&I and International divisions. You will also support regular audit and compliance reporting, develop frameworks for data compliance, and stay on top of regulatory and legislative changes affecting Flutter. Liaising with a range of stakeholders externally and across the business you will enjoy a lot of visibility in this key and important role. Responsibilities: Support the Policy, Audit and Compliance Manager to respond to all HR audit and compliance related requests and reporting. Research and stay on top of current industry, government, and market standards to ensure current organisation procedures, standards, and processes meet regulatory requirements. Ensure that relevant documentation is pulled together to report and respond to regular HR audit and compliance requests. Stay up to date with HR technology audit and compliance requirements in order to respond to HR audit queries and requests. Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure proactive management of key HR regulatory and compliance activities. Maintain, monitor, and report on HR compliance data ensuring accuracy and completion within applicable timeframes. Support the development of people data storage and sharing frameworks and governance and providing guidance to stakeholders. Ensure that people data requested, captured and stored is legally compliant, partnering with the HR technology team to ensure that regular checks are completed. Work with key stakeholders both internal and external to HR to ensure existing and newly implemented practices meet all regulatory and compliance standards. The ideal candidate: Previous experience in HR audit and compliance, preferably within global federated organisations. Strong people and stakeholder management skills to support the delivery of complex processes and deliver sensitive messages. Strong data management and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to create HR reports and data governance frameworks. Understanding of HR technology compliance requirements. Proactive and able to stay on top of trends and changes to enable continuous improvement. Ability to quickly upskill on new processes in a changing legal and regulatory landscape.
