Outside IR35, Business Change and Communication Analyst, Impact Assessment, Flexible on location, Hybrid model 2 days a month onsite

My leading client is looking for a Senior Business Change / Comms Manager to work on a IT project where your time will be split between change and comm's. You will have a really strong stakeholder engagement background and be experienced in running business impact assessments across a range of business areas.

Essential Experience:

50/50 balance Change and Comms
End to End Project lifecycle
IT Change Management background.
Delivering a business change roadmap; including visioning, audience analysis, impact assessments, communications, user acceptance testing, training, readiness criteria, rollout and post go-live hyper-care support activities.
Business Process Management
