This will give them the confidence to further expand their international business presence.Duties related to the role:nBuild and develop a portfolio of customers directly and through partnershipsMaintain the relationship with customers from acquisition to retentionMaintain client relationships and retain business through active outbound calls and relevant market updatesPerform portfolio analysis on existing customersAccurately quote and manage margins effectivelynCandidate requirements:nAt least 2 yearsu2019 experience working in client acquisition in the FX and payments environment for Virtual IBAN accountsStrong analytical skills.Have a strong presence and conviction when dealing with customers both face to face and online.Be a strong andu00A0articulatecommunicator.Understand the importance of delivering the best customer service experience.Ability to understand new concepts and product knowledge.Ability to articulate these concepts/products in the client's language.nThe package:nNegotiable base salary dependent on experience.
