Job Description

Client Services Director (Business Development) - Up to £70,000 plus comms
We've partnered with a boutique creative event and production agency to find their first CSD and what a great opportunity this is. As experts in delivering impactful fashion, beauty, jewelry, and cultural projects in the UK and globally, they create beautiful environments offering luxury experiential strategy, cultural programming and VIP services.
Some of their many clients include: Cartier, Axel Arigato, Magda Butrym, Michael Kors, Fenty Beauty, Nyetimber, Marks & Spencer, Space NK, Bumble.
The Client Services Director will report into the Founder/ MD and be part of the senior leadership team. This is a multifaceted role where you will lead on pitches, run key accounts and the strategic development of accounts and growing the business both in the UK and globally.
This is a rare opportunity for someone to take a step up in their career within a vibrant and well-respected creative agency, working with some leading brands during a period of investment and growth.
You will be an expert in responding to briefs and with the pitching process, high-level client liaison and leading client communications to an exceptionally high standard. You will be skilled at translating creative ideas and production elements to stakeholders, bringing projects to life from concept stage onwards.
You will have several experience within a similar role, with familiarity around key cultural moments, an eye on the Zeitgeist and a keen personal interest within the key business sectors of luxury fashion, beauty, jewellery and global red-carpet events.
Key Responsibilities -
Development of strategy and briefs
Maintain strong relationships with key clients
Ownership of accounts, ensuring brand consistency
Build new relationships and identifying relevant new business opportunities
An integral part of the team creating and delivering proposals
Financial management of accounts
Comfortable working to sales targets
Work closely with the senior leadership team
Skills & Experience -
Proven Account Management / Direction experience within a similar field - experiential, event design and/or production, design and production, PR/Marketing,
Strategic thinking and understanding marketing and PR priorities, especially regarding brand experience and creative identity
Confident communicating with and presenting to clients
This agency has a gorgeous office in London and the team meet up x3 days a week with the rest of the week from home. There is a pension scheme on offer, 28 days holiday, Class pass gym membership, MacBook, Annual company bonus scheme, Basic salary and performance related commission
