Job Details What you will do To install and commission: Security Systems with a focus on integrated solutions. The successful systems engineers will install security systems to the relevant industry standards, providing exceptional customer service with industry leading technical knowledge. How you will do it Working with us to create a Zero Harm environment by maintaining a safe and secure work place and adhering to safe practices. Provide excellent Customer Service to exceed the expectations and requirements of both the internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers. Work closely with the planning team, ensuring your time is managed efficiently and jobs are prioritised correctly Installing and Commissioning systems utilising your knowledge of Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Door Entry and Access Control Systems and complete Engineer work reports, handover certificates/BSIA Certificates or checklist as appropriate. Preparation of install utilising organisational skills. The role will require reviewing specifications, associated drawings, documents and equipment to ensure a smooth delivery of customer service. What we look for Experience and certification with leading integrated Security systems, a strong understanding of networking and hold a relevant electrical qualification (18th edition/ NVQ/ City and Guilds etc). A technical, self-motivated individual with a mindset to tackle problems logically, resulting in delivering precise detailed information and solutions in a fast pace environment. Have previous experience working in a customer facing environment, hold a full clean driving license and have the ability to lift and climb ladders.
