Job Description

Community Care Worker

£13/14 per hour
In order to keep up with demand for our quality services, Carebridge are now looking to expand our existing team of exceptional Community-based carers. We are looking for individuals who want to provide safe and life enriching care and support to our clients wishing to remain in their own homes, always demonstrating an approach that is person-centred, sensitive, understanding, patient and above all, caring.
Ideally, you will have experience as a carer, whether paid, voluntary or for family, however what's important is a caring, compassionate approach and a commitment to person centred care, with the wellbeing of our clients at the forefront of your mind.
It is essential for all applicants to hold a full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle. You must also be able to work a minimum of 3 days a week.
Shift patterns:
Monday to Sunday
7am - 10pm

What we ask of you as a Community Care Worker:
Hold a full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle
Ability to travel between ME1/ 2/ 3/ 4/ 5/ 6/ 7/ 8
Be passionate about providing high quality care and willing to develop further
Friendly and supportive towards vulnerable children and adults
Reliable and Flexible
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with those we support
Ability to be patient and keep calm under pressure
Excellent timekeeping
Ability to follow structure and adhere to policies and procedures
