Customer Service Advisornnu00A319K per annum rising to u00A320K per annum after successful completion of 3-month probation period nn37.5 per week (Mon-Fri) 8.00am to 4.00pm and 9.30am to 6.00pm rotating week on week (1 hour unpaid meal break per day)nnTrafford Park, ManchesternnBackgroundnnOur client is an award winning online supplier of clothing for events, promotions and work wear. n nThey are not only looking to continue our substantial growth but to transform an industry.nnnMain Purpose of Job:nnTo provide customers with information about our products and service, respond to customer queries and resolve any issues to the customer's satisfaction.nnnMain Duties and Responsibilities:n n Answer customer queries via phonen Answer emails & live chat customer queries n Provide customers with product and service informationn Dealing with delivery issues and queriesn Identify and resolve customer issues.
