39 hours a week - 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 1.30pm on Friday

Our client is recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor / E Commerce Administrator to assist their customers with a wide variety of enquiries, handling all details from enquiry through to final resolution. A key element of the working with the Marketing & Sales Team to promote products on special offers and to attentively support the field sales team with quotations, technical enquiries, order processing and all general sales correspondence.

Duties & Responsibilities

Handle emails and telephone enquiries from customers and suppliers
Build professional relationships with customers and suppliers
Advise the customer, thinking and acting commercially to maximise product sales
Liaise with other departments, in order to resolve issues raised by customers or suppliers
Process orders, completing customer acknowledgements, invoices and delivery notes
Raise any necessary export documentation
Explain products to customers on the telephone and assess and manage their needs
Be prepared to promote new ideas, such as order process improvements, to benefit the customer and the business

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Exceptional customer service and listening skills, with a high desire to provide excellence customer experience
Relationship building with key distributors, dealers and suppliers
Excellent personal time-management, organisation and planning skills
Ability to be proactive and flexible, to meet the needs of a fast paced and dynamic environment
Good team player, always looking to improve processes and procedures
