The Customer Service Advisor role:
Our Customer Service Team builds and retains long-term relationships with customers and provides a seamless journey that is defined and led by the customer. Through this excellent customer experience, customers will keep coming back to us while spreading the good news about their experience.

+ Dealing with inbound and outbound calls/emails to existing customers on a daily basis. + You will ensure you provide the highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times, giving the customer the best possible experience. + Quickly identifying the needs of the customers by listening to their enquiry and guiding them towards the service or product that will best meet their requirements. + Working towards achieving any targets/deadlines set. + Using product knowledge to upsell products or services.
+ Excellent customer service skills and communication skills + Likes to work with people and build good rapports with customers and colleagues. + Enjoys working to, and is motivated to achieve, challenging targets + Can use initiative and take ownership of issues + A strong team player + Good IT skills
