Customer Service/Marketing Assistant

This is an exciting role working for a luxury e-commerce business, that has been established for over 20 years
You will be joining as a Customer Service/Marketing Assistant

Duties will include:
* Answering calls with customer queries
* Monitoring and replying to company reviews
* Handling social media enquiries
* Writing emails and letters to customers
* Communication with social influencers
* General administrative tasks
* Sending mailers to clients
* Dealing with any order queries and recording transactions
* Recording daily returns and completing paperwork for the accounts department
* Ordering office stationary and hygiene supplies

It is essential that you have previous experience in an office-based customer service/Media role. It is essential that you are professional with a good work ethic and excellent communication skills.

This is a very high-end company and therefore your communication style verbally and non-verbally must be articulate, stylish, and confident.

Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with a 1 hour lunch
