Twilight shift shift 1: 4:45pm 9am Mon, Tues, Wed & 8am-5pm Sat
Shift 2: 4:45pm-9am Thurs, Fri & 8am-5pm Sun

We have a great opportunity for the right candidate to join our successful Telecare Monitoring centre, that receives calls from older people and vulnerable customers within the community.

If you are caring, compassionate, keep calm under pressure, can communicate effectively and help deal with emergency and distressing situations, you will put the Plus, in our Care Plus Service.

We offer an intensive training programme, giving you all the tools needed to deal with any situation you can face and with an efficient, caring, encouraging team of colleagues and management you will always feel supported.

We are not your typical contact centre. A small, friendly team of advisors work as part of the larger organisation to offer customers the support needed to live safe, supported and independent lives.

Care Plus Telecare service is a certified member organisation of the TSA offering both monitoring and installation services and due to the nature of the role, it will be subject to a basic DBS check.
