Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with one of the biggest tech brands across the globe to secure a permanent Employee Relations Lead to be based in London.
This is a well-known international brand who are still in their infant stages of growing their HR function on a global scale. This is a superb opportunity for someone to come on board to really own the function, shape the process and procedures as well as manage a growing team.
Sitting within the Global HR Operations team, you will manage a team of four split across Ireland and London. As you will be managing a team who work across the EMEA region, experience in team management and working across multiple countries is a must!
Day to day responsibilities: * Build, implement and sustain a data-informed Employee Relations strategy whilst ensuring legal and regulatory compliance. * Support the development and implementation of an ER framework for all key ER activities, including, but not limited to grievance and disciplinary investigations, absence and performance management. * Manage team of ER advisors to provide consistent advice to stakeholders across EMEA. * Oversee all HR processes and policies in the EMEA region to make sure they are compliant with local laws and regulations. * Own and manage industrial relations in EMEA including Works Council operations and Trade Union relationships.
Key experience needed: * 8+ years' experience in Employee Relations or Human Resources. * Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills, with ability to partner, build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the business. * Experience working with European Works Councils and Collective Bargaining Agreements. * Experience working in a multinational company. * Project planning and implementation skills. * Demonstrated ability to navigate successfully within ambiguity, with multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced, changing environment.
