Executive Personal Assistant


Brook Street are pleased to be working in partnership with our Public Sector client, who are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis in Central London. You will be paid on a weekly basis at the rate of £11.60 per hour, rising to £15.53 per hour after a period of 12 weeks.

This opportunity is ideal if you have previous experience as a Personal Assistant and have strong interpersonal and organisational skills as you will be providing administrative and secretarial support to directors and working to meet tight deadlines. You will need to ensure that the Director is fully prepared for all activities undertaken in the course of their day-to-day activities, including writing, commissioning, co-ordinating and quality assuring briefings as necessary.

Your key responsibilities will include the following:

-Diary management for directors
-Answering the phone and hosting visitors
-Managing events and organising meetings
-Collating data
-Escalating issues
-Filing papers
-Arranging travel
-Producing minutes and recording meetings
-Other ad-hoc duties such as off-site visits

This is a hybrid role so you will be working 2 days in the office and 3 days from home, and the contract is expected to be until December 2022, with possibility of extension or going on a permanent contract with the client.
