Export Sales Coordinator-Bury St Edmunds-£Competitive

We are currently recruiting for an Export Sales Coordinator on behalf of our well established client in Bury St Edmunds! This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong administrative based candidate to learn and develop with a brilliant company!

Salary: £Competitive

Hours: Monday-Friday (37.5)

Holiday: 22 days + Bank Holidays

The role:

To answer customer enquires concerning export queries
Process export quotations ensuring stock availability.
Liaise with export despatch team, finance and QC teams for timely & compliant despatch.
Creating relevant international shipping documentation.
Organise transport/Freight bookings & managing timely collections
Invoicing export customer orders
Raise dangerous goods notes, RMA's, credit notes

What are we looking for?

A extremely strong administrator with excellent attention to detail
Proactive and professional approach to Customer Service.
Be a good team player and have a willingness to learn
Positive attitude and to think creatively about new ideas
