The Company:

Our client specialises in providing mechanical and electrical building services, building fabrics repair and soft services to multiple sectors inclusive of commercial offices, education, critical environments, retail sites, shopping centres, local authorities, distribution and logistics, and manufacturers.

Overview:

They are looking for a fabric engineer to work at a large academic campus, who will be tasked with proactively accomplishing the everyday facilities/maintenance requirements of their client within the set service level agreement (SLA) terms, ensuring all work orders are opened, completed and closed in real time.

Key Tasks:

General building fabric maintenance

Painting

Basic plumbing

Replacing ceiling tiles

Water risk assessment duties

Emergency light tests

Fire alarm tests

Experience with PPM's and minor reactive work

Ability to manage a busy workload whilst maintaining high levels of service execution

Requirements:

Excellent client facing skills

Experience working within the building service environment

Must have a good attitude to work

Package:

Salary: £25,000

Monday to Friday, (Apply online only)

33 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays

Ongoing training and support
