SF Recruitment are recruiting for an Interim Finance Manager for a fixed term contract of 12 months, located Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity to join our client who are a well established company in the Hospitality & Leisure industry. This would be a great role for someone to expand there skills and knowledge.
Key responsibilities would be:
Oversee cost control and budgeting
Working with the hotel team you'll ensure correct stock is ordered, maximising margins and ensuring accurate forecasting
Payroll management and monitoring labour requirements
Full ledger management inclusive of transactional processing
Month-end
Producing weekly / monthly reports for various departments as well as the General Manager
