We have the privilege of recruiting on behalf of an innovative business, who are a leader in their sector, supplying retail customers with Fresh, High Quality Fresh Produce. We currently offer the exciting and newly created position of Grower Planning Administrator to join the planning team and become a fundamental member of the grower focused division.

The position of Grower Planning Administrator will manage all plant orders and the groups material order process from beginning to end, working closely with all growers to share key documentation and become integral to the effective supply of end product to key customers.

Responsibilities include;
Manage plant orders (fruit), to include preparation and distribution of all annual documentation
Collect and manage all grower plant orders, facilitating interchanges between growers if required
Accurate maintenance of all plant orders (fruit), gathering data and generating & providing reports / pivot tables
Work with growers and oversee grower cropping declarations of proprietary material in line with the grower license agreements

We require;
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels
Exposure to the Food and / or Fresh Produce sectors would be highly beneficial
Experience gained within a supportive position, building strong relationships
Ability to work confidently as part of a team and use initiative when required
Confident in the use of MS Office (Word, and Excel), including pivot tables
Ability to work to deadlines and maintain accuracy

Hours; Monday - Friday; 8.00am - 5.00pm
Location; Kent
