Head of Product ManagementOur client is currently looking for a Head of Product Management to join their busy team in St Philips, Bristol (near Temple Meads)Salary: u00A3Competitive Dependant on skills and experienceAbout the Role:As the leader and visionary of the Product Management team, you will help shape the vision and delivery of new and re-engineered products for the whole of the our clients business, delivering growth across all business units.In line with business ambitions, changing medical and evolving technical landscapes, you and your team will be the customer advocates, manage the products and ranges through throughout all stages of the product lifecycle, from cradle to grave.This exciting role requires a blend of strategy and sleeves rolled up, working across the business to ensure effective delivery and support of products to ensure they u201Cimprove patient outcomesu201D.Head of Product Management Requirements:The ideal candidate will have an MBA, Bacheloru2019s degree, business or Life Science degree or equivalent. You will also have a healthcare /medical industry background, or a clinical qualification.You will have a minimum of 5 yearsu2019 experience in Product Management, with a consistent track record of successfully launching NPD projects and ensuring product ranges are relevant and valued by customers.You will have sound people management skills, gained through at least 5 yearsu2019 experience of successfully managing small teams.You are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, and experience of building relationships at all levels across the business.Good MS Office skills, and strong analytical skills are a must.An understanding of UK and International medical simulation markets, experience in a manufacturing arena (creating physical products) and/or knowledge of the use of technology with physical products, e.g., apps, would be an advantage in this role.Head of Product Management Benefits:In return they offer a competitive salary and a performance-related bonus based on personal objectives that pays up to 10% of your salary annually, study support and the chance to progress in a rapidly growing company.They have recently introduced a new flexible working policy; it currently allows employees to work from home one day a week (if their work can be done from home) and also to work longer hours during the week and finish early on a Friday.
