Metro Mechanical has an exciting opportunity available for an HGV Drainage Engineer to join our team working across Greater Manchester and North West England.

You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 45 hours per week, with additional overtime available. In return, you will receive a salary of £32-38k per annum (based on experience), with the potential to earn £50k+ through overtime, and excellent benefits.

About the role:

Our planned maintenance team would like to hire an experienced HGV Drainage Engineer to help maintain commercial and industrial sites across Greater Manchester and North West England.

The HGV Drainage Engineer role will offer meaningful opportunities for learning and career progression. We reward our best engineers with rapid promotion and pay competitive salaries.

What we would like from our HGV Drainage Engineer:

Candidates must have a Class 2 HGV Licence

Experience in the drainage sector with experience jet vac and driving a tanker

Attention to detail

Self-motivation and discipline

Ability to work as part of a team

A serious attitude towards health and safety

Willing to work a minimum of 45 hours/week and a willingness to work OT

High-pressure water jetting proficiency

Full UK Driving Licence (clean, minimal points may be considered)
