HR Administrator

The HR Administrator assists with day to day operations of the HR and payroll functions and duties, in the Leatherhead office.

Client Details

An international accountancy firm.


The successful candidate for the HR Administrator in Leatherhead will be responsible for the following:

Dealing with all administration of new joiners, from preparation of offer documentation to first day meet and greet and inductions
Support with the monthly payroll running and providing cover for absence
Dealing with all administration in respect of employees of the Firm
Updating data
Dealing with queries which come into the HR Inbox and providing a good customer service
Creating and updating workflows on Cascade
Running reports and queries and providing statistical information
Reconciling holiday, sickness and ad hoc leave records
Administration of some of the benefit schemes
Assisting with recruitment
Booking training sessions
Supporting the HR Team with ad hoc tasksProfile

The successful candidate for the HR Administrator in Leatherhead will need to have the following skills and experience:

Good communication and inter-personal skills
Team player
Professionalism and commitment
Able to work on own initiative and manage a busy and often conflicting workload
Ability to work under pressure and in a deadline environment
A fine eye for detail
High level of computer literacy, including a knowledge of building and using formulas in Excel
Discretion and the ability to manage sensitive informationJob Offer

This is a fixed term contract with the opportunity for a permanent position.
12 month FTC
Salary up to £25,000
Flexible working hours *Core hours 10am - 4pm
Hybrid working 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
25 days holiday + BH
