Our client, a well known company based in Bromley, Kent are looking to recruit an HR Administrator on a temporary basis for an initial period of 6 months. The role is office based 4 days a week and 1 day working from home.
Reporting to the HR Manager you will join a HR team of 3. Your role will be support the Human Resources department by providing administrative support to the team. You will be tasked with setting up new starters, processing reference requests, managing recruitment, sending out employee correspondence, administering contracts and providing ad hoc administrative support.
In order to be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate previous experience within a Human Resources department. Expert knowledge is not required but a basic understanding of HR processes, a keen eye for detail and the ability to pick things of quickly are essential.
