Elevation Recruitment HR are working in partnership with a global engineering business to support them in recruiting a HR Business Partner. Working in a matrix model this is a true HR Business Partnering role which will support a headcount of c120 employees across a number of business units.
The role will be based c2 days from home, 2 days a week in Middlesborough, with travel circa one day a week to Leeds or other UK sites
Your main responsibilities will be: *In partnership with the regional management teams, designs succession plans for key talent and critical roles. *Proactively identifies attraction and recruitment risks and proposes / implements plans to mitigate such risks. *Agree development plans linked to future strategic plans and working alongside the L&D Manager and line manager, identifies and ensures the delivery of development solutions. *Responds positively and with pace to performance issues within the region/s, supporting and coaching people leaders to act appropriately. *Supports and guides managers through people processes and ER cases. *Identifies gaps and risk in resource and organisational structures and recommends options to address highlighted issues. *Acts as the performance improvement driver that provokes positive changes in the regional people management. *Contribute to the development of policies and processes and proactively supports the delivery of HR policy and process into and across the regions.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD Qualified have at least 2 years experienceas a HR Business Partner within the engineering and manufacturing sector. You must have the ability to coach and be confident to work with stakeholders at all levels and be motivated with a positive attitude to implement into the business.
