Our client offers an RPO-style recruitment service to a number of companies within the technology sector and is inundated with requests to hire, hence the need to hire themselves!
Your role will be to embed yourself with one maybe two clients and build relationships with their line managers in order to really get to know how they work. You will formulate hiring plans and build talent pools across the UK and generally make yourself known within a specialist arena to shore up the vacancies coming through on an almost daily basis.
Ideally you will have a min of 2 years recruitment experience (internal or agency) and have a track record of engaging with candidates in readiness for placement in your vacancies. The rest can be learned at this company who are keen to invest in the future of your career.
You can work fully remote, part in the office or full time in the office so full flexibility is offered. There's a base plus a bonus structure that should add a further five figure sum giving this role a very good OTE.
