Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Liverpool, Speke
Division: Customer Contact
Salary: £10.60 per hour
Contract: Temporary (Ongoing), 6 months minimum - strong possibility of becoming a permanent role
Hours: Full time, 35 hours, 5 days over 7 between 11am and 9pm.
Job Description:

Inbound call centre role. You will be first point of contact for all business banking customer enquiries.
Responsible for dealing with a variety of calls (cancelled DD's, request for statements, internet banking queries) and seeing these through to resolution.
No previous banking experience is required as you will have the opportunity to go through an excellent training programme.
Skills & Experience Required:
Previous customer service experience is imperative.
