Recruitment Duties: You will be providing a service to public and private sector clients. Manage the recruitment process from start to finish. Carry out telephone and at times face to face interviews. Check and chase all right to work paperwork. Telephone and e-mail communication. Keeping a database log of all calls and information taken. General administrative duties and support when needed. This is a full time office based role.
Candidate: Recruitment experience, this can be internal or working for an agency. Excellent customer service skills. Able to work in an ever changing role which entails working to deadlines. An understanding of the recruitment process. Strong administration skills. The ability to interact with people at all levels. Good organisational skills. Able to use job boards and social media to place adverts.
