Salary: £23,000 - £28,000 per annum (+ uncapped commission)
Hours: Monday – Friday (09:00 – 17:30)

The Opportunity:

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a rapidly expanding UK national business looking to recruit a goal-driven, confident and ambitious IT Sales Executive to join their collaborative and supportive team based in Abingdon.

As an IT Sales Executive, it will be your responsibility to communicate and engage with businesses by handling both inbound and outbound B2B calls to generate new business sales appointments for the field sales team.

As an IT Sales Executive, you will also have the opportunity to occasionally close sales over the telephone with prospective businesses. Therefore, a consultative and service focused sales approach is essential for this role.

The successful IT Sales Executive must be ambitious to really shine within the role and be driven to exceed targets and earn commission. You must also have a genuine interest to absorb knowledge and learn about our client’s evolving product to ensure you can fully address a client’s queries.

This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate passionate about sales, the drive to handle a high volume of B2B calls to generate new business sales appointments, and ambitious to hit and exceed individual sales targets with a lucrative commission structure.

* A strong and engaging communicator both over the phone and in writing

* A real team player, who enjoys working within a supportive sales environment and willing to help develop others
