As the Junior Support Engineer, you will provide technical support of company software systems, document and keep company procedures up to date, maintain accurate systems data, ensure scripts run as expected, and troubleshoot basic errors. To be successful in this role you will need a 2:1 degree in an IT related discipline, have an intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook, and be a strong problem-solver.
