Marketing Manager - New Openings
As part of Greene Kings continued focus to create distinctive market leading brands in the marketplace the role is fundamental in executing this through our investments & acquisition programme. This is an exciting, newly created role where the role holder will be responsible for developing, managing & executing compelling local marketing plans that deliver the best return for our investment schemes.
This is a hybrid role that will involve travel to new openings across the country. We operate an agile working policy of 50% of your time working from home and 50% working with your colleagues in an office or one of our pubs.
Ownership, development & execution of the annual investment marketing plan in line with business, commercial & brand objectives.
Responsible in delivering brand propositions to market through our acquisitions & investments which drive awareness and consideration to ensure return on investment, long-term brand growth & site optimisation. Develop a hyper local account-based marketing approach in order to optimize our investments program.
Build clear understanding of the customer insights & segmentation models of each brand to ensure plans are targeted to our consumers. Drive clear local landscape understanding for each project to ensure we are tailoring our tactics to market & hyper local insights.
Work closely with brand Marketing & performance marketing teams to develop & deliver compelling marketing communications across multiple platforms, unique to each brand to drive consideration & engagement with customers.
Work collaboratively with our operations teams & site leadership teams to ensure a seamless execution of the opening & launch plans for each investment programme with a relentless focus on the customer.
Work effectively & closely with our external agencies to maximise marketing opportunities at brand & local level.
Optimise the effectiveness of the marketing budget at site level to ensure we maximise our reach & effectiveness.
Experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably gained within Hospitality or FMCG.
Project Management Experience - Forward thinking with strong planning & process skills
Experience in campaign management & developing marketing plans for short, medium and long term
Experience and evidence of managing agencies and suppliers and know how to get the best from them.
Strong Analytical & commercial Skills and able to integrate company agenda into thinking & effectively manage budgets.
A genuine passion for the guest experience within the hospitality industry & insight led approach.
Compelling communicator who can influence with impact to senior stakeholders internally & externally.
