Have you worked in energy or utilities in an administrative role? A large global energy consultancy is looking for an On-boarding Administrator to support the EMEA Onboarding team to onboard clients across Europe. In this role you will manage and support onboarding projects, build strong relationships with clients, assist with all queries, and understand utility contracts and bills. To be successful in this role you will need to have previous experience of working in a data driven customer focused role, be fluent in an additional European language, and have Admin, Data management, and analysis experience. Build and develop strong supplier relationships to obtain required data from various team Manage and support onboarding projects Understand utility contracts, bills, in an efficient & timely manner Assist with queries, make improvements, and ensure continuing levels of client satisfaction Ensure that all agreed client SLAs/KPIs are achieved Liaise with other members of the company to resolve any client queries quickly and efficiently. Understand all products and support other teams as and when required
Skills and experience required:
Fluent in 2 European languages including English Admin, Data management, and analysis experience Excellent organisational and workload management skills Preferred experience working within the energy industry across Europe Experience In managing large sets of complex data Experience in a client-facing role working directly with customers Ability to build and maintain both client and supplier relationships Skill in analysing and interpreting utility and tariff data Ability to handle deadlines and high-stress situations periodically
