The Operations Manager, Supported Living - reports directly to the Head of Adult Services and will provide leadership and direction to Registered Managers of care, support services, supported living services for adults with learning disabilities.
Overall this role is responsible for the day to day operational management of the services across . London, ensuring the Registered Managers and staff have all they need to provide exceptional, person centred care for residents, whether residing or respite care.
You will need to have sound financial acumen, management of services and budget experience and have the ability to set and review them to ensure all costs are managed within budgetary frameworks.
Your people skills will be second to none - agreeing and developing performance targets for services, reviewing and supporting your Registered Managers, with effective remote and face to face communications and effective communication at all levels will be paramount.
QCF Level 5 qualified (Level 4/5 NVQ/RMA or equivalent) If you are RNLD, RNMH or DipSw qualified that would advantageous but is not essential You will have a track record of improving services with positive outcomes/change management you must have supported individuals with complex needs previously as well as at least 2 years experience as a Registered Home Manager with Adults with Learning disabilities previously too.This is a fantastic opportunity to join this prestigious charity that has been operating for decades - if you would like an informal discussion please contact Debby Fairweather on (phone number removed) or you can apply directly via this advertisement
