An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join a well respected, regional HVAC contractor based in Portsmouth
Administrator Duties: - Supporting the team with all administrative tasks. - Diary management and arranging meetings for Senior Management. - Responding to emails and phone calls. - Photocopying, filing and where appropriate ordering stationery. - Take minutes and attending meetings where required. - Covering the Helpdesk when required. - Subcontract and invoice management, raising POs and dealing with payroll and timesheets.
Candidate Profile: - Office experience - Attention to detail - Ability to adapt - Able to work in a high pressured environment
Working Hours: 08.30am - 17:00pm Monday to Friday Please be advised on occasion, you may be required to work outside of the hours due to the demand of the working environment.
