Job Details What you will do You will work with senior management to develop and implement product price strategies to optimize revenue and profitability. You will present pricing analytics to inspire change that will improve organisational structure and efficiency while reducing costs. How you will do it Support delivery of pricing initiatives on an annual and project basis Handle pricing activity and competitor analysis across the businesses’ Maintain pricing (IRR) models, in line with costs, business financial guidelines and price market expectations (internal and external). Build IRR models for product / price changes to present back to Pricing Lead and business unit Finance Manager. Collate data from internal systems to support finding opportunities through analysis to expand margins and / or acquire growth using pricing initiatives predominantly within the transactional channels, but also other LOB’s when required. Build and update Power BI dashboards for easy interrogation, relating to volume, conversion, and value performance. Support creation of pricing related cases and tracking of benefit relating to pricing initiatives. Provide data that allows for tracking of product and / or price changes within sales and service. Track impact of price increases / changes / campaigns reporting to identified key stakeholders. Support Pricing Lead regarding business unit projects that require pricing input. Reconcile sales systems on regular basis to ensure alignment of costs and product hours. Lead ongoing analysis relating to margin and volume performance, identifying changes to value proposition driving incremental pricing benefit against set targets. Teamwork across multiple business functions and higher management. What we look for Essential Minimum of 2 years of working in a pricing environment. Experience of data analysis. Intermediate knowledge of Excel and insights of creating basic formulas. Preferred Preferably some experience being involved in projects/programmes and driving improvements. Educated to A-level standard (or equivalent) CRM / CPQ management and use Awareness of creating and leading Power BI dashboards and identifying trends and opportunities.
