Procurement & Supply Chain Manager

A leading manufacturing business in the Leicestershire area is looking for a new Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to join their driven team.

Reporting to the Operations Director, the Procurement & Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of raw materials, finished goods, and some packaging.

What the role involves:
- Procurement management of multiple SKUs from global and UK suppliers
- Negotiations, risk management, contract control, stock control, and process improvement to drive business performance
- Management of stakeholder relations

The person we're looking for:
- Experience in manufacturing
- Experience in Procurement & Supply Chain
- Commercially astute with an ambitious and driven mentality

Salary and Benefits:
£40,000 - £50,000 per annum
This is an on-site role in line with the business culture, with some flex
