Project Quantity Surveyor – Plymouth

An opportunity has arisen for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join a well established and reputable Fire Stopping company on a permanent basis. This company provide a range of Fire Protection services to a range of clients. This position will be office based, full time, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

Dealing with enquiries from various clients
CVR’s
Monthly reporting
Applications for payment
Identifying and negotiating variations
Final accounts
Contract management
Monitor jobs / pricing
Skills:

Ideally will have Fire protection experience
Schedule of rates
Managed low value multiple projects
Construction related qualification
Computer literate in Microsoft programs including Excel, Word and Outlook
Identify cost saving opportunities
Excellent verbal & written communication
