Property Administrator / Assistant Property Manager – Up to £32k – London Waterloo

My client is a well-established Property & Asset Management consultancy specialising in the prime and ultra-prime markets across Central, SW and SE London, notably Mayfair, Shad Thames and South Bank.

With a broad client base ranging from Developers and Housing Associations to UHNWI’s and overseas investors, their service is as all-encompassing as it is diverse, providing excellent variety for those working as part of the team.

Due to a record number of new blocks lined up for management, an opportunity has arisen for a property administrator / assistant property manager to work alongside the property managers providing support in relation to resident liaison, service charge queries, contractor instructions and insurance matters.

The suitable property administrator / assistant property manager will have relevant property management experience, a customer focus and the desire to progress long term.

Whilst professional qualifications are NOT essential, any property administrator / assistant property manager applicants who have them (or have embarked on them) will be looked at favourably, as will those with a stable property management career history.

Salary for the successful property administrator / assistant property manager will range from £25k - £32k start with regular reviews and uplifts based on performance.

Naturally the property administrator / assistant property manager will eventually progress to Property Manager once ready with full autonomy over their own portfolio.
