Salary: £18,500 Based on 35 hours with 6 months' salary review

Scarborough Gi Group are recruiting on behalf of our client based in York who are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator who is highly organised, enthusiastic candidate who possess excellent Customer Service skills, to join their friendly team who continually look to further your development.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is looking to develop their skills within a legal office environment and progress with the firm into other roles.
You will complete a variety of administrative duties at direction to contribute to the smooth running of the office for the benefit of the legal teams and all staff.
Key Duties: · The effective and efficient processing of all incoming telephone calls · Receipt of post and collection of document exchange correspondence and distribution of the same · Attending to clients and visitors to the office · Copying and scanning legal documentation · Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the Reception area at all times · Management, logging, storage and retrieval of files and deeds from storage · To act as courier within local area for urgent deliveries / collections · Assisting with some secretarial tasks including copy typing using digital dictation
