SF Recruitment are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join one of our key clients in alfreton on a part time, permanent basis. Our client requires an enthusiastic and personable candidate with great people skills. You will be the face of the business and will be the first point of contact for when people walk through the door, therefore You will be expected to provide an efficient service to our employees and visitors both on the phone and in person.

Main duties will include
- Answer incoming calls
- Monitor all emails and respond back to queries in a timely manner
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Sign in visitors
- Allocate parking spaces
- Arrange travel arrangements for senior members of the business
- Booking in rooms and hotels
- Booking in rooms and getting them set up for meetings with correct equipment
- Ordering stationary
- Help manage the post
- Support HR staff with ad hoc HR admin work such as processing new starters and leavers
- Send out employee induction and training materials for new starters
- Issue employee staff badges

Our client requires experienced Receptionists who can help hit the ground running. You will have fantastic organisational skills and must have a good attention to detail. In addition, you will be a good listener and must have good communication skills. You will be a confident person who enjoys building relationships and enjoys communicating with people face to face and over the phone.
