We are currently looking for candidates with experience within the customer service sector to work within the customer experience team on our clients site in Crawley. The position is working on the ground floor of a multi tenanted building working part time hours 2pm-7pm Monday to Friday. You will be working within a team ensuring all tenants and visitors have a 5* experience.
Working on reception is key to every business as you are the first person the client meets and this will impact their whole journey. It is important a 5* service is delivered by greeting guests as they come in, signing in visitors and helping with directions, ensuring the front of house area is immaculately presented as well as some administration and concierge duties including transport and restaurant bookings, hazard walks and logging any issues.
We are looking for candidates with experience working in:
Looking for someone that is passionate about ensuring a high level of service is delivered at all times
Friendly, professional, bubbly personality
Be extremely well presented at all times (must own a Black/Navy Suit with matching Blazer, White Shirt, Black Court Shoes (tie for male)).
Fantastic communication skills as you will be dealing with high profile clients.
