One of our major clients requires a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team. Whilst having all the benefits of being employed and backed by Morson Group, you will have an exciting opportunity to be in the thick of coordinating recruitment for this prestigious client, supporting both key Stakeholders and candidates alike in their recruitment and on-boarding journey.
You will be based at our Head Office in Trafford Park supporting the Morson Recruitment Partners and Recruitment Manager with Workday and wider recruitment process coordination.
This is a great opportunity for either someone who has strong Recruitment Administration experience and looking for a step up, or someone looking to change paths in their recruitment career and focus on the clients needs and deliver quality service.
Typical duties within the role will include -
Recruitment of Candidates
Take job briefing meetings with hiring managers & advise on the recruitment process Support the various internal recruitment teams as and when required and support screening, interviewing and candidate journey Advertise new vacancies on job boards and the St. Modwen careers site in line with guidelines Set up agencies and agency users on Workday Supporting the Recruitment Partner with cv sifting when requested Assisting with resourcing and long listing candidates when required Create candidate profiles on Workday Carry out candidate negotiations and support our shared service function To ensure that all working contractors comply with client and statutory requirements. To assist our vetting team with on-boarding/security documents Be professional and efficient whilst representing Morson on-site Holding recruitment meetings and contractor clinics Assist with onboarding, for example, uploading right to work documents on Workday To support all hiring managers in the correct recruitment process Comply with all data protection guidelines in line with company policies Send out open job requisition report every morning to the team Ad hoc reporting for the team and manager when required Keep Teams channel up-to-date with relevant documents Supporting in all other recruitment related administration tasks/queries Deal with client queries in an efficient and professional manner Support in collation of PO’s & timesheet management Collation of MI & reporting packs with the CSM To carry out any ad hoc duties required for the role What we are looking for -
Previous experience within a recruitment or resourcing role Experience using Workday ATS - essential Strong Administration experience Good level of Microsoft office experience Professional approach Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build a rapport with colleagues, clients and candidates at all levels Come from any background, industry, or sector, if you have the right attitude, some great experience and a desire to be part of our award-winning team, we'd love to hear from you.
