We are looking for a passionate Recruitment Specialist. In this role you will develop short-term and long-term hiring plans for Iptor Europe to meet the hiring needs, managing all stages from sourcing to onboarding and giving give every candidate a positive experience from their contact with us.
The location for this position is UK (remote working) or any European country where we have a legal entity (e.g., Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden).
The key responsibilities of a Recruitment Specialist include, but are not limited to:
Advertising our open roles on various channels including our website, HR Platforms, job boards, professional social networks.
Actively searching for potential candidates and build relationships for future job opportunities (for example via LinkedIn).
Setting up and maintaining contact with universities and schools to attract young graduates and trainees.
Participating in job fairs, campus recruitment events.
Screening of resumes and application forms based on hiring criteria.
Interviewing of candidates via phone, video conference, and in-person.
Communicating with candidates about job offers.
Working together with HR business partners on the onboarding.
Track key recruiting metrics like time-to-hire and source of hire.

The key skills and qualities of a Recruitment Specialist are:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or another related field.
Knowledge of Human Resources Management Software and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Knowledge of IT job-related skills will help you greatly in finding the right candidates.
You provide a world class experience to all who show interest in any position.
Availability to travel if required for meetings, events.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English. Knowledge of another European language is an asset (German, Swedish, Dutch).
