What you will be doing as a Nurse
As a registered nurse at Mead Care, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a dedicated team of Team leaders and Care Assistants. You will be primarily responsible for promoting and delivering person centred care, being mindful of each clients age, gender, sexuality ethnicity and spiritual needs. You will be responsible for the smooth-running a of shift and supporting your team, administering medication, care planning, reviews, quality assurance, working with outside professionals, liaising with GPs, District Nurses etc, .
You must hold and active NMC pin number, which then provides a satisfactory check. You will have had experience of working within elderly care. Dedicated and compassionate, youll pride yourself on your person centred, thoughtful approach to care.Be confident in computerised systems and email.
