£40,000 - £70,000 + Bonus + Private Healthcare + Holiday + Pension
Are you an Engineer with Systems / Requirements experience, looking for an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of innovative contracts in a variety of industries, with real potential to progress your career into senior consultancy?
On offer is the chance to join the Requirements & Acceptance Group, undertaking and potentially taking the lead on cutting-edge projects for clients in areas such as Defence, Nuclear and Space. You will be involved in every stage of the process, from Elicitation and User/System Requirements, all the way through to Verification & Validation, and Acceptance.
Established in 1920, the company is industry leading in areas such as Defence and Infrastructure, and has an increasing global presence after opening multiple office in Australia in recent years.
The role would suit someone with a strong background in Systems / Requirements Engineering in any industry and experience working within a complex technical environment, who is looking for a challenging but rewarding next-step.
The Role:
Eliciting client needs and writing them up as User/System Requirements
Using Verification and Validation processes to ensure work is meeting clients' needs
Regular engagement with clients and stakeholders
Providing technical mentoring to less experienced team members
Office-based (very happy to discuss flexible / hybrid working)
The Person:
Proven experience with Systems / Requirements Engineering, including the use of tools (e.g. IBM DOORS)
Excellent project management skills
Experience in interacting and communicating with clients, colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
Due to the nature of this work, candidates will be required to undergo pre-employment screening and must be able to satisfy clearance criteria for UK National Security Vetting.
