Murchington Consulting is working with a long-standing client, a Birmingham-based commercial recruitment consultancy who are now seeking a resourcer to join a busy team which specialises in recruiting for roles a wide range of roles and sectors.
Your role will involve sourcing new candidates (admin, secretarial, customer services, HR and marketing) across the Midlands using a range of tools including advertising, LinkedIn searches and CV boards. This interesting and wide ranging position will encompass screening and interviewing candidates, updating the team database, drafting adverts and CVs, dealing with interview confirmations and briefings, checking references, managing online vacancy portals and building strong relationships with candidates to update them, resolve any issues etc.
