Sales and Service Administrator required for my Herefordshire based client, a market leading British Manufacturer.

To help meet the demands of a growing business, my client has a brilliant full time opportunity for a highly organised individual with excellent communications skills to join their sales and service team. They are looking for an experienced administrator who can take responsibility for a number of tasks.

Primary Responsibilities of the Sales and Service Administrator:

Following up on outstanding quotes, by way of various methods, and reporting against these as necessary.
Processing service contracts through our IT system.
Support and cover with planning field service work nationwide.
Holiday/Sickness cover for all other administration responsibilities within the office – full cross training will be provided and an opportunity to broaden skill set.
General administrative duties.
Skills and Experience of the Sales and Service Administrator:

Be able to demonstrate an ability to learn quickly.
Be able to create rapport and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
Be able to organise daily activities with minimal assistance.
Be able to work to strict deadlines.
Work well within a team.
Attention to detail and planning experience would be advantageous.
