A well established and reputable manufacturing company are looking to employ a SAP Customer Service Support Specialist for an initial 6 month contract. It is essential you have a keen eye for detail as you will be processing pricing data and amending orders. The role will also involve working out and processing invoices and dealing with customer complaints. The ideal person will have previous experience working on SAP and be able to use their initiative. The Company are based close to Manchester Airport and the salary is £23,000pa. This role is immediately available!

The Role

· The Customer Service Support Specialist is responsible for supporting office solutions that are not customer-facing and providing a smooth customer journey. You will deal with data entry in SAP and participate in the implementation of Digital solutions.

Duties will include:

· Data processing agreed pricing into SAP and updating customer price files
· Liaising with the customer service team and sorting amendments to sales orders
· Supporting the customer services team with daily invoicing tasks
· Adjusting delivery dates of sales orders in SAP, according to stock allocation
· Informing customers via email of any delays to their orders
· Entering customer complaints in SAP
· Processing service recovery tasks in SAP
· Other ad hoc administrative duties

Essential Skills and Experience

· Strong administration and data entry experience
· High standard of accuracy and attention to detail
· Experience of working with MS Office & SAP
· SAP experience is preferred
· Must be able to work well in a team
· Able to follow established processes
· Highly accurate when processing data
· Able to follow established processes

The Benefits

· 6-month fixed term contract
· Salary £23,000 p.a.
· Working hours are 36.5 per week
· Standard working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Friday from 08.30 am to 4.00 pm
· Core working hours are 09.30 am - 3.30 pm
· 1 hour lunch break daily
· Initially office based for training, with the option of hybrid working
· Free on-site parking
