We have a great opportunity to join a highly commercial business based in Glasgow, during an exciting period of growth as a senior HR Advisor.
You will join a well established HR function where you will partner with a dedicated area of the organisation.
Main responsibilities: Work with key stakeholders in your business area on a range of people issues that includes recruitment, resource planning, restructures, succession planning, HR policy, employee engagement and reward. Coach and develop line managers on HR procedures Work with senior management team to deliver people plans Produce and analysing HR data Work closely with an HR Advisor, supporting them with complex employee relations cases
You will be an experienced HR professional with a broad generalist background. You will be a creative problem solver with a commercial mindset and ability to build strong relationships across the business. You must have excellent employment law knowledge as well as ability to deliver people plans and lead on HR projects and initiatives.
This role offers hybrid working and will involve travel to sites across Scotland (company car provided).
